The primary objective of this report is to make an initial assessment of the outcomes and impacts of the CDP-G program. More precisely, to the extent possible, the aim is to identify the observed linkages between the support activities of the CDP-G program and the related public sector policy reforms implemented by the RTG on the one hand (outcomes), and actual improvement in governance and service delivery as perceived by the intended beneficiaries (impacts) on the other. The report also provides an overview of public sector reform in Thailand, discusses stakeholder feedback on the CDP-G program of support, and draws some general lessons learned from implementation of the program.
