Country Development Partnership on Governance and Public Sector Reform (CDP-G)


The CDP-G supported Thailand’s improvements of public management systems, including the performance and the effectiveness of civil service agencies


Improving Governance, Accountability, and Transparency

Strengthening governance, transparency and accountability at all levels of government is a core value the Bank shares with its Thai counterparts in government and civil society. The CDP-G, a partnership between the Bank and the Government, aims to:

  • Improve the quality of public service at both central and local government levels.
  • Assist in reforming government bureaucracy.
  • Enhance the capacity and performance of the public sector. 
  • Promote public sector accountability and transparency.
